How would you like to be a Plumbing Service Supervisor?
Make $85,000 - $105,000 as our new Plumbing Service Supervisor
!
As a Plumbing Service Supervisor, you’ll
- Coach plumbers on soft skills (teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, decisiveness, etc.) and technical skills.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure long‑term success of the plumbing program.
- You’ll supervise all plumbing service technicians, installers, and apprentices. This includes providing technical support in the field. Basically, you’re making sure the coaching you’ve provided them is carried over into the field!
- You’ll resolve customer concerns. When our customers call us for help, they’re usually stressed and worried about their home. Sometimes, miscommunications happen in all that anxiety, and you’ll be there to clear things up to make sure they’re taken care of!
- You’ll communicate with other teams to help customers. As a plumber, you didn’t get to see the behind‑the‑scenes quite like this, but now you get backstage access!
- You’ll assist in leading weekly plumbing meetings.
- You’ll grow and improve procedures. Morris‑Jenkins isn’t one of those stuffy companies that never tries new things. We’re always looking for ways to grow and improve, and you’ll be a part of that process!
- You’ll make $90,000-$110,000 a year
- You’ll have year‑round stability!
- Morris‑Jenkins has won the USA Top Workplace award year after year!
- You have 3+ years of plumbing experience.
- You’re a people person ready for a change! Plumbing can get lonely, but as Plumbing Service Supervisor, you’ll be helping lead our huge team of plumbers.
