About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team at Dryer Vent Superheroes of Mecklenburg County. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our customers' dryer vents and air ducts, while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean dryer vents and air ducts in residential and commercial properties
• Identify and resolve any issues or obstructions in the vents and ducts
• Utilize industry-specific tools and equipment to perform cleaning and maintenance
• Educate customers on proper maintenance and care for their dryer vents and air ducts
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dryer vent and air duct cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
