Reliable Services USA is seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team in the North and South Charlotte, NC areas.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $28.00/hr actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

The Plumbing Technician is responsible for the installation of plumbing fixtures and residential service plumbing for single‑family or multi‑family residential customers. Hiring technician to service the North Charlotte and South Charlotte, NC areas!

• Responsible for pick‑up, delivery, and installation of residential plumbing fixtures, such as water heaters, dishwashers, disposals, toilets, sinks, faucets, etc., to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Manage schedule, communicate frequently with customers, provide excellent customer service, and provide tutorials to customers on operation of installed items.
• Complete all field administrative functions to ensure job is complete: documenting install, uploading photos, change orders, and ensuring all installs comply with the Installations SOP.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, provide quality work, avoid damage to any company or customer property, maintain and track all equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Conduct daily local travel to customer sites in an assigned company vehicle.

• 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing installations or service work for single‑family or multi‑family residences.
• Dependable and possess a professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Legally able to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Requires minimum of eight hours standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/movements.
• Requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in an environment requiring use of ladder, stairs, heights, platforms, attics, crawl spaces, and climbing in and out of trucks or vans in tight spaces.
• Must have ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools safely.
