Vermeer All Roads in Charlotte is searching for a Diesel Mechanic/Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Vermeer and related construction equipment. You’ll own jobs from initial inspection through final test and sign-off while keeping a clean, safe, and organized bay.

• Hourly pay: $25–$40 (based on experience)
• Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems)
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
• Stay current with industry and technical advancements
• Communicate with the factory for technical support
• Perform additional duties as assigned
