• Deliver expert installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial garage doors.
• Conduct thorough inspections and ensure repairs meet top safety and performance standards.
• Document all work—notes, photos, and diagrams—to support efficient follow‑ups.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and teammates, always providing top‑note service.
• Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, solution‑driven recommendations.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism at every job site.
• Continuously grow your skills and knowledge to stay sharp and industry‑ready.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
