We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to keep our trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment operating safely and efficiently. • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on company vehicles, trailers, and landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.).

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for use.

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Maintain detailed records of services, parts, and repair schedules.

• Manage the organization and cleanliness of the shop and yard.

• Oversee fueling operations and maintain accurate logs.

• Collaborate with managers and crews to ensure all equipment is job‑ready daily.

• 3+ years of experience as a Fleet, Diesel, or Equipment Mechanic (landscaping, construction, or transportation industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and small engine repair.

• Hands‑on problem solver with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license required
  ; CDL preferred but not mandatory.

• Full‑time, year‑round position with weekly pay.
