Build--Plumber - Service Team

Does the thought of a cubicle job make you cringe? Not afraid to get your hands dirty? Are you good with people? If you just said yes to all of the above, you might be our next Build‑A‑Plumber candidate! Build‑A‑Plumber is a fun name for a fun plumbing program. Basically, you’ll be training to become a Drain Technician for Morris‑Jenkins.

You don’t need any plumbing experience, and we’ll even pay you during training (starting at $18/hr). Classes begin April 27, 2026.

• You’ll participate in classes and labs, spend time in a state‑of‑the‑art lab, and ride along with current technicians on actual appointments.
• You’ll go from no plumbing experience to a plumbing pro. Our trainees come from all kinds of backgrounds, and your background is part of who you are today, but it doesn’t have to dictate who you’re gonna be tomorrow.
• You’ll graduate and become a full‑time Drain Technician.
• You’ll make good money. After you graduate, we’ll give you a raise, and many of our graduates are now making more than $100k a year.
