This is a full-time on-site role based in the Charlotte Metro area for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and reliable service delivery.

• Strong ability in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.
• EPA certification or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC systems are a plus.
