Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

US Enhanced Personnel is partnering with a prominent company to identify experienced HVAC Service Technicians to support commercial and industrial service work in the Winston‑Salem area.

This is a great opportunity for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex systems and working with a well‑established mechanical contractor.

• Heat pumps and DX systems
• Pneumatic and electrical control systems
• Production and comfort cooling systems
• Preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment
• Diagnosing equipment issues, testing components, performing repairs, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

• 2–5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and system troubleshooting
• OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 / 5:30 PM
• On‑call rotation as needed

• $31–$36 per hour depending on experience
• Company vehicle and gas card
