We are looking for a Field Technician to help grow the business in their market. One of the most important responsibilities is to keep the job site safe and clean. The ability to follow directions, learn new skills, and good attention to detail is a must.

We take great pride in our work and are looking for like‑minded Crew Members to deliver quality products for our Customers. The field techs will be expected to learn the entire process of pouring concrete, crack and joint repair, and installment of pour in place rubber.

Some heavy lifting and operating small power tools are also a requirement for the position. Experience in concrete is a plus, but not required.

• Arrives on time and works efficiently
• Has a good sense of urgency while paying attention to detail
• Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs
• Use of small power tools such as hand grinders and drills
• Keeps the job site safe and clean
• Cleans all tools to keep them in good working order
• Has the stamina to complete a full workday for job completion

• Experience with concrete or drywall is a plus but not required
• Works well with people
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Hard-working self-starter who is highly motivated
• Takes direction well to learn and grow their skills
