Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor installation crews on commercial refrigeration projects.
- Serve as the lead technical resource on assigned jobs.
- Oversee crews of technicians (typically 5–7 people).
- Report on job status, performance, and project costs.
- Build strong relationships with peers, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure PPE use and safe work practices at all times.
- Enforce compliance with installation processes and safety policies.
- Supervise work of apprentices and journeymen as needed.
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience with strong hands‑on knowledge.
- Proven leadership ability and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Comfortable with project tracking, labor management, and safety compliance.
