The Standard (What You Must Execute)

• Total Ownership:
  You run residential service and installation jobs from diagnosis to completion. You own the outcome, the customer experience, and the solution.
• Technical Precision:
  Your work is clean, code-compliant, and professional. You don't cut corners; you sharpen them.
• Logistical Discipline:
  You perform accurate material takeoffs and ensure your truck is stocked and organized. You arrive ready to win, not to "figure it out" on the customer's time.
• Clear Communication:
  You translate complex plumbing issues into clear options for homeowners and provide concise updates to leadership.

• Applicant must have valid plumber license (Level 1 required, Level 2-3 preferred)
• Great physical dexterity, must be able to safely lift 50 lbs, crawl, and work in tight spaces
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 1+ years apprenticeship experience under a master plumber required
• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong documentation habits (photos, notes, job close-out).
• Professional, ethical presentation of options to homeowners.
• Consistent on-time readiness with a stocked, organized truck.
