Compensation: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience, plus commissions, bonuses, and incentive pay

You'll work directly with homeowners to install dependable plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. • $28.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience

• Install complete residential plumbing systems for remodeling and replacement projects
• Replace conventional and tankless water heaters
• Install whole‑home water filtration and water treatment equipment
• Complete residential repipe projects
• Install water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, and related plumbing components
• Verify installations meet quality and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each project
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Keep work vehicles stocked, clean, and organized
• Deliver professional workmanship that reflects the Horne reputation

• Minimum of two years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Experience installing complete residential plumbing systems
• Ability to independently complete installation projects
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, and outdoor environments
• Own basic plumbing hand tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable work ethic with attention to detail
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
• Desire to continue learning and expanding technical skills
