Wiginton Fire Systems is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our growing Charlotte team. What You'll Do

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing fire sprinkler systems at customer locations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

* Diagnose and repair fire sprinkler system deficiencies.

* Perform inspections, service, maintenance, and installations on fire sprinkler systems.

* Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

* Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately.

* Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.

* Maintain compliance with NFPA standards, company policies, and safety procedures.

* Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

* Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED.

* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience.

* Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* 4-6 years of fire sprinkler service experience.

* NICET certification.

* Experience with other fire protection systems such as fire alarm, suppression, or extinguishers.

Please note:

This position requires previous fire sprinkler service experience. Candidates without applicable experience will not be considered.

Schedule

* Monday through Friday

* Overtime available as business needs require

* Participation in an on-call rotation
