Carrier Global Corporation in Charlotte is seeking an HVAC Engineering Staff Lab Technician for 1st shift to directly execute test runs on water-cooled and air-cooled commercial chillers. You will set up instrumentation, monitor data, and ensure performance aligns with customer specs.
You will work with 460V/3ph/60
Hz equipment, maintain EPA refrigerant handling certification, and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation to keep lab productivity high and meet ramp-up timelines.
