Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance repairs as directed by the supervisor;
Carry out general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Conduct proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more;
Maintain a work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Respond to property emergencies and participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments; communicate issues to maintenance leadership and uphold safety and risk management policies
