Lead Installer
At The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, we are looking for lead installers. Lead installer is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 1-2 years of skilled gutter installation, carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Compensation: ($800-1200+ per week) -- 8% of revenue based on 2 per crew. The more you produce, the more you earn.
Required experience:
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
Requirements:
- Construction/Carpentry: 1+ years
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain seamless gutters, gutter guard, specialty gutters and many other services. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
