CFI is transforming how residential flooring installations are delivered—and we’re looking for Field Services Supervisors who want to lead from the front, enforce high standards, and take ownership of results.
This isn’t a sit-back coordination role.
This is a hands‑on field leadership position where you control execution, drive quality, and ensure every job is done right the first time.

WHAT YOU'LL DOYou’ll be the point person in the field, responsible for making sure installs are:
- On time
- Done correctly
- Aligned with standards—no exceptions
- Oversee daily installation activity across multiple residential job sites
- Ensure installers show up prepared and execute correctly
- Inspect work in progress and at completion—catch issues early
- Stop work when it doesn’t meet standards
- Manage installer performance and accountability
- Handle field‑level warranty and rework assessments
- Communicate clearly with builders—no surprises, no guesswork

- Lot readiness is handled upstream (you don’t fight bad jobsites all day)
- Work orders and assignments are controlled centrally
- Clear standards and tolerances are defined
- You are empowered to enforce them—no compromises
Your job is simple in principle:
Control the field. Deliver quality. Eliminate rework.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience or interest in flooring, tile, or residential construction
- Have strong organizational and time management skills with a knack for attention to detail
- Have led crews or subcontractors in the field
- Know what good work looks like—and won’t accept less
- Are comfortable holding people accountable
- Can make decisions in real time without hesitation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with builders and teams
- Can leverage mobile tools and technology to thoroughly document conditions and progress in the field.
- You won’t “make it work” on bad jobsites
- You won’t pass substandard work hoping it gets accepted
- You won’t operate without clear standards or expectations
