McFarland Construction is seeking a General Carpenter II for commercial design/build projects in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This mid-level role requires independence, experience with rough and finish carpentry, and the ability to read plans with minimal supervision.
You will perform framing, install doors and trim, and work on ceilings, coordinating with other trades and mentoring junior carpenters. A 3–5 year carpentry background and reliable transportation are required.
