Refrigeration Technician – Charlotte

Technicians wanted for the repair of commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. Repairs typically within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte. Ideal candidates must have prior food service equipment repair experience.

• 2 years+ technical experience with commercial refrigeration equipment
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid EPA Certificate
• Ability to work as a team with customers, co-workers and factories
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must abide by safety procedures
• Willingness to work rotating on call shifts and overtime if needed
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and creative problem-solving
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Great diagnostic skills

• Perform service calls as dispatched
• Diagnose and repair reported service issues and all other problems encountered
• Accurately detail all activities on service orders
• Operate and manage company issued vehicle and equipment
• Work in accordance of company guidelines
• Identify potential failures of current functioning equipment

• The ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Moderate / heavy lifting and carrying
• Must be able to use hand tools and meters
