We’re looking for a Master Technician to join our dynamic and rapidly growing garage door team!

What You’ll Do
  • Install and replace custom garage door systems and components
  • Repair residential and commercial doors and openers
  • Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
  • Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use
  • Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude. You should be:

  • Mechanically inclined with 5+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred)
  • Comfortable with hand and power tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and service-driven
  • Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation is required
Your Path to Success

Full-Time

Hours:

40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs/week)

Training Pay: $22–$26/hour during the 3–5 month training period

Post-Training Pay: $80,000–$100,000+ per year (based on performance and efficiency)
