Pay: $22-26/hr during Training. Anticipated earnings after training $80,+

What You’ll Do- Install and replace custom garage door systems and components
- Repair residential and commercial doors and openers
- Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use
- Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude. You should be:
- Mechanically inclined with 5+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred)
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and service-driven
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation is required
Full-Time
Hours:
40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs/week)
Training Pay: $22–$26/hour during the 3–5 month training period
Post-Training Pay: $80,000–$100,000+ per year (based on performance and efficiency)
