We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead multifamily electrical operations in the Charlotte, NC area. This is an immediate opening for a motivated leader who can manage field teams, oversee projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Position OverviewAs a Multifamily Residential Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations, lead electricians in the field, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety and code requirements. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
- Plan and manage multifamily electrical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and project budgets
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes, quality standards, and regulations
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and site personnel
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
- Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory
- Maintain project documentation including permits, inspections, and work orders
- Identify training needs and support team development

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential electrical
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with project management software and digital reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Ability to work in tight spaces and elevated areas
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and wiring
- Active multifamily construction job sites
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong time management
- Strict adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements
