Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair mobile office trailers including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear;
Perform check-in/check-out inspections of off-rented buildings and document repair scope for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications requested by customers;
Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment and provide courteous customer service;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries and complete service paperwork; perform HVAC checks and maintenance
