Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other repairs.;
Lead safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area; ensure compliance with safety policies; attend safety meetings.;
Perform check-in/out inspections of rented/returned buildings and assess repair scope and invoicing needs.;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications as requested by customers.;
Maintain inventory levels of tools, equipment, parts, and supply items; provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers; prepare paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls; perform HVAC checks as per guidelines.
