Maintenance Tech

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting rigid packaging production. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, reducing downtime, supporting changeovers, and documenting work in a CMMS. You'll partner closely with operations in a safety- and quality-focused environment that values sustainability, continuous improvement, and skill development across our global network.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments for production runs
• Document all maintenance activities in a CMMS with accurate parts and labor records
• Follow and enforce safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs and improve reliability
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and components
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, organized condition
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within the plant
