Mobile HVAC​/Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and operational checks on HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, make repairs and recommend improvements.
• Travel to various locations as needed, providing critical maintenance support and upholding safety standards.
• Document maintenance work performed and communicate necessary information to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes.
• Collaborate with facility managers to streamline operations and support sustainability initiatives.
