Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our service-focused team. In this role, you'll install, replace, and start up residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and related controls. You'll work from job plans, follow safety and building codes, and collaborate with lead technicians and office staff to complete projects on time. Responsibilities include loading materials, setting equipment, brazing and piping, basic low-voltage wiring, system testing, and customer walk-throughs.

This position offers steady local work, technical growth, and a path to a long-term career in the trades.

Responsibilities

  • Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and systems
  • Fabricate, install, and seal ductwork and ventilation components
  • Run refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and perform brazing and piping tasks
  • Perform basic low-voltage wiring and equipment start-up procedures
  • Test system performance and verify proper airflow, charge, and operation
  • Follow safety procedures, building codes, and manufacturer specifications
  • Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
  • Document work performed and communicate status to office and lead technicians
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean, safe condition
  • Interact professionally with customers and explain new system operation
