Role Overview :If you're a Crane Operator ready to take on challenges and be part of a hardworking team, we may have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for skilled operators to drive and operate our mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads with precision and safety. This position reports to our Fort Mill, SC location.
What You'll Do:- Operate cranes under general supervision to lift and position heavy machinery, equipment, or large objects at various sites.
- Follow written, verbal, or signal instructions to regulate speed and direction of crane movement.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the crane and identify any malfunctions.
- Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and necessary paperwork with accuracy.
- Transport, unload, and set up cranes at worksites, placing blocks and outriggers to ensure stability.
- Adjust and extend boom sections as needed for specialized tasks like pile driving or high lifting.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, responding to signals from helpers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure project success.
- NCCCO certification for TSS and TLL cranes.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety policies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for working with team members and customers.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.

- Ability to stand for 10-12 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, steps, and working on lifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience operating boom trucks and/or cranes.
- Must have a CDL-A
