We are seeking an experienced electronic security service technician to join ourfast-growing and dynamic team.

The Senior Service Technician is responsible forthe service, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming,testing and repair of enterprise level electronic security systems for Healthcare, Higher Education, Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Data Center & Technology and Oil & Gas customers. This role serves as a technical leader in the field, providing advanced supportmainly for Access Control, Video Surveillance, and related low-voltage systems. The Senior Service Technician ensures systemsoperatereliably,maintains strong customer relationships, and supports the operation team when needed.

Some travel may be required, along with after-hoursservice calls.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with installing and maintaining:

• Enterprise-level access control systems.

• Enterprise-level video management systems (IP-based and analog).

• Technical/electrical background.

• Superior problem solving and communication skills.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarization with local electronic security codes and industry standards.

• Understanding and ability to work safely in a chemical plant environment.

• Ability to safelyoperatea company vehicle.

• Access Control System Vendor Certifications in Software House, Genetec, Pro Watch and/or Lenel.

• Video Management System Vendor Certifications in Genetec, Avigilon,Exaqc,Max Pro, and/or Milestone.

• Intrusion Detection System Vendor Certifications in Senstar/Optellios, and/or FFT.

• Networking and IT knowledge.

• TWIC Cardholder.

• Experience in computer operating systems, networkdesignand implementation.
