Overhead Door Company of Charlotte™ is seeking Automatic Door Technicians and Installers in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. You will be working on revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging doors, which provide safety, security, and peace of mind to businesses.

If you have experience installing or servicing automatic doors, access control systems, low voltage wiring, door hardware, glass/glazing, or systems integration, apply for consideration!

• Install and/or service a wide range of automatic doors and door products
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit timely
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper) and ability to read blueprints and drawings; solid math skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• AAADM certification preferred
