B&B Pools Service Technician

Our company has been building and servicing residential pools in the greater Charlotte area for over 30 years. We provide detailed and dependable service, rain or shine. Our customers and employees are like family to us, and we take pride in our work.

We are looking for a Service Technician to provide excellent customer service by cleaning and maintaining residential pools with consistency, attentiveness, and proactivity.

Job expectations include:

• Manage multiple daily swimming pool routes according to the highest levels of personalized service
• Keep accurate records of service visits and document customer service actions and discussions
• Proactively identify necessary equipment repairs and notify the office
• Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Keep apprised of the industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of continuous improvement

• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs to the highest level of quality
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Valid drivers license

This job is highly autonomous and independent, with flexible 8-hour daily shifts available Monday through Friday between 7:30am-6:00pm.
