Biesse America is seeking a highly organized and technically driven professional to support the project coordination of heavy capital equipment operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Field Service Technicians, internal departments, and HQ teams to ensure services are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned project documentation tasks, including contributing to installation timeline estimates, coordinating project stakeholder assignments, flagging contractual constraints, tracking shipment dates, and compiling spare parts lists for the overall project.
- Coordinate technical teams for project installation; execute and maintain Systems Lines delivery, installation, and commissioning schedules as directed by the Project Manager Installation.
- Organize and execute remote or on-site support logistics for Field Service Technicians (FSTs), collaborating with internal departments in the USA and HQ under the direction of the Project Manager Installation.
- Identify, document, and escalate Systems Lines troubleshooting issues to the Project Manager Installation or Technical Services team; execute corrective actions as directed and within defined parameters.
- Support customer lines uptime by executing scheduled FST activities and tracking repair progress through to machine acceptance (SAT); elevate unresolved issues to the Project Manager Installation.
- Coordinate Systems Lines installation and warranty interventions, tracking progress and escalating delays or risks to the Project Manager Installation.
- Execute Systems Lines maintenance contract activities and billable interventions as scheduled, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and submit service quotations for review and approval, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Execute scheduling and dispatch of Work Orders to the appropriate technician using the skills matrix.
- Coordinate and attend regular meetings with customers, internal departments, and HQ to support alignment with customer expectations; track outcomes using a Kaizen journal and report status to the Project Manager Installation.
- Attend weekly meetings with Sales and Logistics to ensure up-to-date progress reporting across all activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Bilingual in Italian is a plus!
Technical Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years in project coordination, service team support, or production planning
- Minimum 2 years with woodworking with the following applications - CNC machining, 5-axis, edge banding, sizing, milling, and/or drilling
- Experience in reading machine plant layout
- Prior experience with Salesforce for Service or similar CRM platform
