What You'll DoAs a Residential Service Electrician, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Charlotte Metro area to diagnose electrical concerns, provide solutions, and complete high-quality residential electrical work.
You'll be trusted to manage the customer experience from the moment you arrive through the completion of the visit. That means bringing both strong electrical knowledge and strong communication skills to every home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential electrical issues
- Performing electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations
- Completing work ranging from fixtures and devices to circuits, panels, wiring, and larger residential electrical projects
- Performing thorough evaluations of residential electrical systems and identifying potential safety concerns
- Clearly explaining your findings and helping customers understand their options
- Providing solutions based on the customer's needs, priorities, and home
- Completing accurate job notes, photos, estimates, and required documentation
- Communicating with our office and installation teams when additional work or follow-up is needed
- Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and assigned technology
- Following established processes that create consistency, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience
