• Strong familiarity with preventative maintenance, service, and operation of building environmental systems.
• Proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various HVAC systems including DX, Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, and more.
• Must possess excellent communication skills across multiple formats (verbal, email, text).
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Deadline-driven with a keen eye for safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC as a Service Technician.
• Ready to engage in on-call rotation and work overtime or weekend hours as needed.
• Must have a High School diploma/GED, EPA/CFC Certification, and a valid driver's license.
