We are currently seeking a skilledHVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of sheet metal components on commercial HVAC projects. This role is hands-on and focused on executing high-quality work in the field while maintaining safety standards and meeting project timelines. The Sheet Metal Installer will work closely with foremen, project managers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.

• Install sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components, including fittings, dampers, and supports
• Read and interpret mechanical plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal materials for installation
• Assist with the layout and installation of HVAC systems in commercial settings
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Coordinate with foremen and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Identify and report installation issues or discrepancies to leadership
• Properly use and maintain tools and equipment
• Support other crew members as needed to meet project deadlines
• Ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with company standards

This position reports to the local Branch Leader.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sheet metal installation (preferred)
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
