What You'll Bring to the Table
- Willingness to Travel 100%
- Valid Driver's license
- Experience with Mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment
- Customer Service - Providing hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance.
- Technical Abilities - Analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
- Dependability - Conducting on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to Detail - Maintaining detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.
- Collaboration - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.
