Firestop Installation Technician

Trillium Construction is now hiring Firestop Installers/Technician sin Charlotte, NC!

• Installs, inspects, and repairs materials to seal openings in walls, floors, and ceilings, preventing the passage and spread of fire and smoke.
• Installing firestop sealants and sprays as directed by tested systems and EJ’s.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work site.
• Ability to be precise on installations and work independently for large blocks of time. Works at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
• Experience operating hand tools like electric drills, powder actuated guns, measuring devices, caulk guns, spatulas, for tooling caulk.
• Transporting buckets of spray by hand, must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.

Pay: $20-$24 depending on experience
Per Diem: $25 / day and hotel for any overnight stay.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week (local work with some travel)

• Must be willing to travel overnight
• Must have valid driver’s license and transportation
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings
