ERJ-145 A&P Technician – Miami Relocation Opportunity

• Hourly Pay: $40.00–$50.00, commensurate with ERJ-145 and avionics experience

Two A&P mechanics with hands‑on Embraer ERJ-145 line maintenance experience are needed to join a night-shift maintenance team supporting high-tempo cargo operations  you're a regional jet technician who thrives in a fast‑turn environment and is ready for a long‑term role with dependable pay and a full benefits package, this is worth a look. The role includes occasional travel for line maintenance support at Caribbean outstations.

• Carry out fast-turn line maintenance, overnight servicing, daily/weekly inspections, A-checks, and MEL troubleshooting on ERJ-145 regional jets and Saab 340 turboprops
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, powerplant (Rolls-Royce AE 3007), electrical, and avionics systems following FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals
• Maintain accurate logbooks, work orders, and return-to-service documentation per 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 135 repair station standards
• Supply your own basic A&P hand tools and use company‑issued specialty tooling, diagnostic equipment, and ground support gear
• Be available for occasional short-duration travel supporting Caribbean outstation line maintenance as needed

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate in good standing, current on 14 CFR 65.83 recent experience rules
• At least 2 years of recent, post-certification hands‑on experience maintaining Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft
• Ability to clear DOT/FAA drug screening and the background checks required for MIA SIDA badging and CBP clearance
• Standard basic A&P hand tools (complete master tool list provided upon hire)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and working outdoors on the tarmac

• Avionics troubleshooting experience (e.g., Honeywell Primus 1000) or an active FCC license
• Prior hands‑on work on Saab 340 turboprop aircraft
• Active, valid U.S. Passport for outstation travel
