Pinnacle Group is looking for a Technical Support Officer to work within the Technical Services team and ensure that compliance and critical Building Safety checks are carried out in a timely manner and logged appropriately. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out weekly and monthly testing and inspections on a range of Fire Safety systems including fire alarm systems, AOVs and sprinkler systems, firemans lifts and dry risers.

- Carry out Quarterly and annual Fire Door Inspections
- Carry out Weekly and monthly testing and Inspection on a range of Fire safety systems including Fire alarm systems, AOVs and sprinkler systems, Firemans lifts and Dry Risers
- Keep secure records of all testing and inspections physically and digitally
- Report on H&S issues that you come across on site
- To participate in the annual review of fire risk assessments as and when required.
- To assist specialist contractors with access and site specific knowledge when carrying out servicing
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong IT and administrative skills, capable of managing records accurately and following procedures diligently. They will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, and the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively and deliver consistent support across technical operations. - Good Timekeeping

This is a full-time, remote role with frequent travel required across London and the surrounding areas.
- Ability to learn systems quickly and to follow instructions
- MS Office and computer literate
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, verbal and written
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
- Observation Skills - ability to notice small details
- Recording and administration skills - ability to record what work has been done
