You’ll work alongside a dedicated group of ASE-certified Light Vehicle Technicians, supporting essential services for both the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.  In this expert-level role, you’ll be responsible for the daily evaluation, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of light duty and public safety vehicles, specialized municipal equipment, and more.  You’ll take the lead on:  
• Diagnosing and repairing complex electronically controlled gasoline engines  
• Troubleshooting advanced electrical, emergency lighting, and modern automotive control systems.

• Servicing specialty municipal equipment with precision and care
