You will diagnose and fix HVAC systems, electrical appliances, and plumbing, while maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days, and a valid driver’s license.
