The initiative supports individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness as well as those who are currently housed but at risk of housing instability, ensuring access to services, resources, and supports that promote long-term stability.

Foundation For The Carolinas is a key partner in supporting the initiative through private fundraising to complement and maximize public investments and address system gaps.

The Coordinated Entry System (CES) is a comprehensive, person-centered approach used to manage access to housing and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis.
