We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Talent Acquisition and Community Engagement Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Home and Community Based Services team. Partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. Responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of Direct Support Professionals, Qualified Professionals, and other requisitions as needed. This is a hybrid position reporting to our Charlotte/Concord office with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the western region of North Carolina to support the needs of our home and community based services.

• Competitive salary: $60,000 annual salary for this full-time, exempt position

• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
