We’re on the lookout for a Youth Care Worker who brings energy, heart, and dedication to our team. This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. - Be a mentor, coach, and advocate for youth, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
- Build a positive, high‑energy culture that fosters trust, stability, and personal growth.
- Lead and participate in group activities that are both fun and meaningful.
- Guide youth in completing daily tasks and developing essential life skills.
- Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms to handle stress.
- Work alongside the Treatment Team to design individualized care plans for each youth.
- Mediate conflicts and help youth develop problem‑solving techniques for real‑life situations.
- Document progress and key events to ensure everyone is aligned in their care journey

- Promote hygiene, health, and safety to maintain a secure and supportive environment
. - Lead with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence

- A passion for working with youth and making a lasting difference.
- At least two years of experience working with children ages 6‑17 is preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older
. - A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong self‑regulation and problem‑solving skills
