Full Time RN: Home Care

Carepoint, Inc., a premier Charlotte Home Care agency is hiring a full time RN to do initial client assessments, develop care plans, and follow up quarterly home visits. Must be flexible in scheduling. Home care experience and geriatric care a plus. Must be a self-starter with a warm, friendly personality to establish relationships with new clients and to continue excellent relationships with existing clients.

Ideal candidates have the following:

• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.

• Current CPR certification and a current, negative 2 step TB test or chest X-ray

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening

• Valid, unrestricted NC driver's license and vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule
