Work Schedule:

9:00 am–6:00 pm Monday‑Friday with occasional evening, weekend, and on‑call responsibilities.

The Residence Education Coordinator is a 12‑month, full‑time professional staff member responsible for overall management and leadership in residential communities housing 300–750 students, to enhance academic, personal, and social development.

• Supervise, develop, and mentor residential staff.
• Conduct residential education and program planning.
• Foster community development and student conduct improvement.
• Manage facilities, student housing assignments, and hall council duties.
• Provide crisis management, summer operations, and other departmental/campus‑wide responsibilities.

• Minimum:
  Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s in higher education, counseling, or student personnel (or related field), at least two years of graduate‑level housing experience.
• Preferred experience in staff supervision and educational/social programming.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle report.
• Background verification prior to reference contact.
