Entry Level Social Services Assistant

Pro Sidian is seeking an Entry Level Social Services Assistant for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Social Services Assistant

Functional Area

- Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Social Services Assistant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS
- Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Maintain benefits records and update HRIS.
  • Process benefits changes due to life events.
  • Coordinate benefits orientations.
  • Liaise with insurance providers on claims and issues.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Entry Level Social Services Assistant Candidates:

  • Knowledge of benefits processes and HRIS tools.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
  • 1–3 years HR or benefits support experience.

Skills Required

  • Communication, attention to detail, customer service.

Competencies Required

  • Discretion, empathy, policy adherence.

  • Tracks and reports benefits participation metrics.
