Alexander Youth Network is seeking a Case Manager for the On Ramp program to support housing for pregnant and parenting young adults. You will provide direct client services, documentation, and implement Housing First through field and office activities.
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, with 2 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required;
Spanish is a plus.
