Safe Alliance in Charlotte, NC seeks a Hotline Advocate to provide crisis intervention, intake, assessment, and referrals via hotline and chat. You will coordinate client care with partners, maintain confidential records, and support families impacted by violence using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED; experience with victims or in human services preferred;
Spanish speaking preferred.
