We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with over 12 years of expertise to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, modern software development practices, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance .NET applications.
  • Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and web applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members.
  • Design and implement database solutions with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other ORM tools.
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing, static code analysis, and best practices.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem and software development.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of professional experience in software development with .NET technologies.
  • Deep expertise in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience working with Microservices, SOA, or distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Exposure to No

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
  • Knowledge of message queues such as Rabbit

    MQ or Kafka.
